A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! ZERO STARS Beware of - Scott Kelly, Zack White and CMS Customer Service - they never respond. Well not completely true, I once tricked Zack White into believing I was new business - LOL got an immediate call back. His promised return call? - well after 4 months I shouldn't probably wait anymore for his return call - my guess is Zack has forgotten how to dial his phone. And then there's Scott Kelly who shockingly answered my call! I apparently caught him unaware while he was on his lunch break running errands. His promised return call and offer to get the refund of my stolen money underway when he "gets back to the office in ten minutes" has never happened - but hey it's only been 10 days. His perky voicemail message states he is sorry to have missed your call - here's a simple solution Scott - all you have to do is answer your calls - I know it's a novel concept but it actually works. REPORT THIS COMPANY TO EVERY FRAUD AGENCY AND LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY YOU CAN FIND.
I guess, I am another victim. It was great to get my money, once I paid, I am still waiting. The art proof took forever and now there are no folders, called school, they have no idea what I am talking about. I tried to reach out to Phil White who finally told me he was just on "the sales side" and nothing he could do. I asked for the manager's email, but only have his first name, Zack. I just sent a second email requesting a full refund. This is very upsetting! I wish they had ZERO as # the of stars, I feel giving 1 is a disrespect to me and other victims like myself.
