“Tesla as a company seems extremely disorganized. Lots of misleading or flat out wrong numbers on the site, in the app, etc. Generic Tesla support reps seem to have little understanding of what’s going on, and advice you get will vary greatly based on who you happen to talk to.
Dan from Tesla Tigard, however, recognizes inaccurate information and keeps it real. Very accommodating when I had some issues with my order as well. No surprises.
