I’ve been bringing my cats here for years, and I truly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. This summer I’ve had back-to-back emergencies with my cats, and the Canterbury staff have been absolutely incredible every step of the way. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do and genuinely care for animals — it shows in every interaction.
Huge shoutout to the front desk / client care team — they read my frantic emails and respond so quickly, which has been such a relief when things feel urgent.

I have been taking my pets here for over four years. First it was just my one cat but now we have for cats and two dogs. They always know the animals by name, their special needs and so kind. The care has been exceptional. I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else.
