I came here to get a signature haircut with the stylist Wendy and my experience with her was phenomenal! I happened to be on vacation when I stopped by but I was in desperate need of a haircut and Wendy made sure all of my needs were met. She frequently checked in with me to make sure I liked the length and look of my hair, which is something I look for in a stylist. She was also extremely gentle with my hair when it was washed, I typically get a little nervous when stylists wash my hair because of how heavy handed they can be but Wendy is very careful and gentle! I will definitely be coming back with her the next time I visit!!
I’ve often been intimidated by my own lack of experience and knowledge when it comes to hair, makeup and skincare. It’s difficult to go to beauty stores because it can feel overwhelming. Today was the best experience I’ve ever had. Queen was my sales consultant. She is genuine and compassionate. Her knowledge is great! She treated me with such dignity and empathy. I felt comfortable. I was able to purchase a hair tool I needed. She set me up for a makeup consultation that will help me figure out (finally) how to do my makeup. Queen, you are incredible! You made my whole day! Thank you so much.
I’ve always been overwhelmed by places like Ulta since I’m not much of a make up girly but I had such a great experience at this location! One of the staff (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) was so incredibly friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions and was able to recommend so many products I wouldn’t have been able to find on my own. Very welcoming location, I will definitely be back.
