I just want to say thank you to the team! It has been my first time as a customer and they deserve 5 star review! I was warmly greeted, my tug was assessed in presence and I was advised on the spot for best treatment/cleaning options. They also verbally gave me an approximate estimate on replacement value of my rug, but offered a formal appraisal if I desire to be optional. I had some health issues and could not pick it up when it was ready and they offer to hold it for me free of charge. What a nice team! Definitely will recommend to my clients and friends! A+ business ????
