Showed up on time and repaired my front door which was totally out of plumb and so was the wall. Somehow Jorge managed to fix it. He reattached trim, and caulked. It's like a new door. Took him six hours. They don't do painting, but I already knew that. Jorge also caulked a leaking skylight and included it in the original bid. Anderson is a little high on price, but you get what you pay for. I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work.Also.......Jorge is a nice guy. Be sure to ask for him.

Excellent service! I own a condo in downtown Portland - in one of the first highrise building constructed back in the 60s. As such, this building has some very finicky “tilt and turn” windows manufactured by a company in Canada. It’s very difficult to get anyone to work on them - or get hardware to fix them. I called Pamela Mae in a panic because I live on the 21st floor and the handle on my window failed leaving me unable to close my window. I absolutely love this business. I got a reasonable quote to replace a leaky window. Pamela kept me apprised of the time line and was an absolute delight to work with. Robert installed our new window and was very professional. He did not leave until we were happy with the installation. This is one of the most professional and customer friendly companies I've dealt with in a very long time. I HIGHLY recommend them!!
