DO NOT WORK HERE!!! The management is awful!! The Manager I had didn’t know what he was doing! He had no training at all whatsoever in conflict resolution. Every week I was telling him something about how another staff was not easy to work with and speak with. My Manager wouldAlways reply with “Interesting”, “I don’t knowWhat to do” or his favorite thing to say was “I really don’t care.” I was sent to go work at a home that I had never been to and never met any of the clients who lived there. Stay away! The bad reviews are true.Edit 2022: Worked here many years ago. Management culture was bitter, desperate, self defeating. Highly abusive, nepotistic with no oversight: The majority of the upper management were all members of the same immediate family. Read the other reviews and you'll get the gist.Now many years later I see these same individuals leaving desperate, culty positive reviews that sound like they were written by some third rate PR firm. It's strange to think that such broken, moral-bankrupt people once held such tremendous power over my life.I gave my twenties to Alternative Services only to walk away with one major lesson.
