Alterations at Nordstrom

Avoid Giao as much as you can! I had good experiences with the alteration service a couple of years ago, but I guess it highly depends on the tailor who did the job. This time it is way off, the stitches were misaligned and asymmetrical with small holes around. Very disappointed! Nordstrom should raise its bars to hire professional tailors!

I didn’t get far enough to review the alteration itself, I didn’t even get service. When I showed up to my online appt all the employees were on their phone and told me to change and someone would meet me. After 10 minutes I check in and they said sorry they forgot to call someone. When the tailor comes to meet me he’s immediately dismissive, says they don’t do any sort of taper (contradictory to their website), and tries to get me to go to somewhere else.

Unhelpful and often rude, dress had multiple errors and mistakes causing undue and unacceptable stress prior to an event. Won't return and I recommend seeking alternations elsewhere.
