10/10 recommend Mona for any alterations! She is professional, knowledgeable, kind and works with urgency. I have had Mona work on many of my dresses, tops etc. and she always gets it right the first time. Highly recommend asking for Mona next time you need any alterations done.

Not sure why Nordstrom offers this service, then makes it impossible to access.Last week I brought in a pair of pants, and no one would ring up the alterations.This week there was only one alterations person on duty. Took a long time waiting in the dressing room.Hire more seamstresses!Service: Pants hemming
