About Advantage Dental+
Advantage Dental+ is a network of family-owned dental practices operating in six states. Each practice is independently owned and operated by a state-licensed dentist, with administrative support from the Advantage Dental+ Management Team. The Clinical Advisory Team provides advisory services to ensure a consistently excellent patient care experience. While some patients have reported long waits for appointments and phone calls, others have had positive experiences, praising the friendly and attentive staff, including the children's dentist.
I had a tooth that was bothering me. Every time I tried to floss this tooth the floss would break. I called Advantage to get an appointment and was told they didn't have anything available but I could walk in. The next day I walked in about 20 minutes before walk-in time starts and fill out paperwork. There was a no show so I was taken back and they did x-rays and an exam. I had a cracked tooth. That had developed a cavity. The dentist felt she had enough time to fix it. While she was working on the one tooth she realized the neighboring tooth was developing a cavity as well but didn't have time to fix it too since her next appt had just arrived. She finished with me a few minutes later and I went out front to schedule the other filling. I was told to wait a minute and next thing you know I was going back in the chair for the other tooth. Her next patient walked out. Which I thought was odd since she was only 5 minutes late. But it worked out well for me. They told me it is rare to get done what I got done on the same day so don't expect to happen again. My teen has also had good consistent care here. If you can walk ins are the best way to get care for painful, cracked and other wise painful teeth.
Long waits for appointments to be set. Long waiting by phone too. INS from the state got it wait months.Children dentist is amazing and nice. She is fast and take cares of my boys well.Adult dentist no that good. The job will be done if you have an emergency but it last for a few his. Afterwards the issue gets back.Stuff is nice, front desk is great. I believed some of the dentist need more preparation and training.
They got me in quickly and were very attentive to my needs. They go above and beyond and I feel very comfortable discussing my health with them. They are also super kind and patient.
