I live in one of those 100-year-old Portland homes. We were experiencing some wood rot on our porch railings and asked them to send someone out to look at it. Their repair person came out and did a full rebuild of the two posts, reinforced them, and painted over all of his work with matching paint. He was fast and extremely courteous. He exceeded my expectations and was great to work with as well.
The company has been managing our properties since 2019. Sarah' team are a group of people who are professional, responsible and honest. Sarah works hard to take care of our properties and try her hard to solve problems for their clients. They have the best accountant, Bella, who makes an accurate monthly and yearly statement and she always response our email quickly and works effectively to solve our problems. Emauni is very responsible staff who helps our looking for good tenants. They are wonderful team. You will love them more as you stay longer with them. Many thanks to them!!!
