Highly recommend! Not only was Sky able to schedule us quickly, Mario Gonzalez found the problem with ease, which was not at all where we’d been told by others that it was! He was super professional, informative and efficient…. What took months with others (who’d failed to properly diagnose or repair it) took Sky less than a week to both diagnose AND repair! They’ve gained our business for life!
We had our semi annual checkup. James did a very thorough job and explained what he found. He did find one problem which he was able to fix right then avoiding a very inconvenient shutdown right in the middle of winter. I would highly recommend their service.
Mike Ferris was great to work with and on a day, he just came to ensure everything was buttoned up on our new heat pump, he spent hours working to make sure the monitoring maintenance app worked. He also fixed the air circulation upstairs so that the air was more evenly distributed. We are grateful for his extra effort and want everyone to know what a great job he did.
