The team is incredibly supportive during the process. I can't say enough good things about this organization. Ultimately, I didn't complete a structure but that was due to my site selection. TLC Modular Homes works hard to find solutions & provide a product that you will enjoy. Can't thank them enough.
We didn't end up buying a home from TLC because our lot wasn't conducive to delivering a home to it, but the hour and a half we spent there was very pleasant. They gave us a tour of a model under construction and were courteous and up front about everything. I thought the construction of the model was solid. They are busy so we wouldn't have received a home for a year, but if the lot we have would have accommodated it, we would have purchased one.
