“The best customer service! Very responsive, professional and always on time or early. I appreciated Mike and Michael's candid responses when I had them come for the initial estimate in getting a new AC unit installed. I asked how their prices aligned with their competitors. Mike said "we aren't the cheapest nor the most expensive." I like them so much that I didn't want to shop around. They explained all the options (had printed copies of each for me on that visit -- Mike has a printer in his truck) and didn't pressure us to decide. The service guys were all great! They took time to explain how to use all the equipment (thank you Mason for the excellent thermostat tutorial). When you call the shop, you can hear Victoria smiling:) Yes parts and service are expensive these days, but you also get what you pay for. I feel great knowing I have a 10-year warranty on all the items we purchased (new AC, heating unit and thermostat) and comfort knowing quality professionals will be available to handle any issue that may arise.
