Customer service is top notch and staff are very professional. On a personal note, our dog ran off and on his way out, Mitch, stopped by and asked if he could help track down our missing pooch. Really thoughtful, great company and staff!!!
We are so pleased to recommend PuroClean for any disaster restoration project. We awoke at 3 in the morning to the sound of rushing water. We mopped up what we could, and called PuroClean at 8 AM. Their crew was here by 9:30, pulling wet carpet, setting fans and heaters and pulling drywall.Every interaction with the team was positive; from Renee, the office manager, Rob our mitigation lead and Chastin and Ed our drywallers extraordinaire.
