“Two techs showed up timely on the appointment day and each took on one of our heat pumps to check, clean, and provide service as needed. They spent a lot of time checking, cleaning coils, and the like, perhaps 1 1/2 to 2 hours, and reported that both units were good to go. I appreciated the prompt, thorough, and courteous service to a location that is out of town, probably close to 15 miles from their shop/office. The costs seemed reasonable in light of mobilizing two techs and two fully equipped work vans.“
