Walker heating and AC came out and put in our ac unit 4 years ago it is still running strong. Our water heater just went out and they were here in a jiffy and replaced it and even fixed things that the previous people neglected when they put in the old one. I highly recommend them. Also Raphael was a joy to have in our home and I appreciate him so dang much for coming out so quickly. I have seriously never had better customer service than with walker heating and air.

they were able to get me scheduled in pretty quickly. The technician, Raffy, did an amazing job. He took his time to diagnose what was wrong with the heater, and got it all shined up. Luckily it was an easy fix. Its nice to have someone who cares about their customers, and don't want to have to come back because they didn't do their job. They not only beleive in "do it right the first time", but practice the policy also.

Melissa Walker was Very friendly and while the roads were like a skating rink, Kylan Walker couldn’t make it down in his truck , but he came down in his side by side to solve our issue we had with our furnace. Mind you it was 17• one night and down in the 20’s the next night when he came down. Thank you both so much and we appreciate you both more than you know. They go above and beyond. I wish I would of took a picture of him in his side by side doing calls when the ground was like a sheet of ice. Wonderful people
