Haven't had an appointment just yet so I will update this review after the appointment. But so far their website was easy to navigate, easy to read information and what educational information they included. It was simple to request an appointment. The only thing that could have made it better was if the requesting appointment dates and times that are open, was shown. To help in selecting for a appointment request, other then that no complaints.

As a businessman, I sometimes get requests that are difficult, unusual, or impossible to fulfill. I want to take care of folks . . . do the right thing. Sometimes, "I am that folks". I make requests that are also not that easy to fulfill. You see, I have a brain that doesn't always work along the straight-line others expect. I order my steak burnt crispy outside, pink and juicy inside, my eggs just so; thus, I appreciate people who take the extra step to make me happy. This week, I wanted something special done, based on the layout of my office and my personal preferences. At first when I asked, I was told, it just wasn't something that is normally done. It seems there are rules. I didn't have the right documentation, and "they just don't make it that way." It wasn't going to happen until I met the right guy who also wanted to do the right thing. You see The Doctor was in and he said the words, "Well, sure, I can approve that." Since then, I found that this doctor has surpassed that standard of community service most of us would think of as just doing the right thing.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Palm and his assistants are great! I love that I can get my eyes examined without having to get dilated. My insurance doesn’t cover the extra test it but it’s well worth the $25! I also appreciate how Dr. Palm shows me the image of my eye and takes the time to discuss the health of my eyes.
