We are extremely pleased with our experience with Barnes Heating and Cooling. We needed a new heating and cooling system to replace our old system. We called Barnes Heating and Cooling who were professional, courteous, and helpful, from the start to the finish of the job. The installation was quick and our heating/cooling unit works great. Many thanks to the installers for great work!!
Called to get the furnace repaired. They were here in less than 48 hours. John was polite, professional, and had my heat working faster than you could complain that you were "cold" :) I will use them again in the future. The price was more than reasonable. Thank you Bruce & John.
Bruce Cortes just happened to hear a voicemail I left on his business phone after hours today and came to my house to fix my air conditioner at 8:20pm tonight—only three hours after I left the phone message AND after working all day in 100+ degree heat. Who does that??? Only someone who is a business owner with a heart of absolute gold and a work ethic that is beyond stellar!!! My 83 degree house is now cooling down all thanks to Bruce Cortes going way over and above the call of what any business owner could be asked to do. He replaced our heat pump two winters ago and did much the same with service—squeezed our job in on short notice with his already full schedule.... read full review
