We want to give a big thank you to Eric with Water Works in Sunriver. He stopped over to deliver and install a product for our hot tub and was a tremendous help regarding questions we had in balancing chlorine and PH. Eric was super helpful and went above and beyond to address other questions and concerns that we had. Thank you Eric!!!

We don't require a lot of attention, just winterizing our spa in the late fall, and setting it back up in the spring. These people are fast and friendly and thorough. I'd recommend them for anyone who needs spa service!

Fantastic experience with Water Works Spas. I had the pleasure of working closely with Carsen on the purchase of our Spa. Our old spa had suddenly sprung a leak and based on the age, we needed to unfortunately replace it but we had to do so very quickly. We use our home in Sunriver as a rental and renters were planning to use the hot tub for their stay. He was able to help coordinate a brand new spa, get it delivered and installed in less than 2 weeks! it was a Christmas miracle. He was super responsive and helpful in guiding us through the process as we were doing this all remotely from Seattle.
