I highly recommend Santiam Heating & Sheet Metal! We had an inducer motor replaced and had a issue resolved in the filter housing. Eric and Ethan were exceptional in their service and professionalism! Super friendly too!! We will definitely stick with them for our future needs.
I needed a fan run capacitor for a very old RV rooftop A/C unit that had failed. None of the local RV stores would even try to look up the part without the model and serial number of the unit, which had faded away in the 34 years that unit has been up there.
Because it is a common capacitor (according to Google), I figured it was also commonly used in household and/or commercial HVAC units, so I called Santiam Heating. The fellow that answered the phone just took the value and rating off of the old part (7.5 uF, 330V), went and looked and had it in stock. I just went and picked it up.

I highly recommend Santiam Heating & Sheet Metal! I needed my oId system replaced and I asked my son to recommend a HVAC co. He recommended Santiam Heating &Sheet Metal having used them for both commercial and residential work. I got quotes from Santiam Heating &Sheet Metal and one other company. Both inspected my system and said it would not last much longer but that I use the existing duo until they died. Santiam quote was slightly higher of the two.
