The reception staff needs more training on how to be professional. I need a CT before my consult - they only do it at the NE location which is only open until 4 which doesn't work with my work schedule. The other location is in saint helens... they called and said "we cancelled your appointment we need a CT". Which is fine but there are more professional ways to say that

This is an A1 practice and I had a great experience having 3 extractions and a bone graft. Dr. Burstein was a caring, and knowledgeable Dr who really knows what he is doing. He told me all about what was going to happen. I had a fast recovery and virtually no pain. His office girls are so very nice and pleasant making my experience wonderful. I would reccomend him as a first choice for any oral surgeries !

Great oral sugery... wisdom extractions were flawless...I didnt feel a thing, and it was finished before I knew it. But... someone up front failed to call the drug store for antibiotics.. A week later I hurt so bad I went back to discover I had an infection. That got taken care of, but the surgeon was a bit stunned when I said, "What antibiotics?" when he asked if I was taking them. As I leave one the girls said she'd call it in.... It took 3 more phone calls from me at the drug store over a 2-1/4 hour time span, before they called in the prescription. 30 minutes of that was walking to my wifes work ... the drug store is over 2 miles away.
