I recently bought a tanning session, unfortunately I had some trouble using the machine and it timed out before I could use it. Luckily Maddie and Tristan were so sweet and let me get my session back! They are awesome!
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE! On 10/18 at about 9pm I came in on a mission to get a lotion I’ve been wanting forever and get my account unfrozen! I believe it was Roxy who helped me. Absolutely amazing! I of course was in the area so I didn’t want to necessarily drive to the store I started it on, but was helped and not just turned away! I'll start by saying I was having a bad day. I'll spare the details but Kayla G went above and beyond to just be kind. Her customer service was so incredible that I will be keeping my membership even though I was planning on deactivating it. The shop and beds are always clean so that's a big plus too.
