Do not go to any of their offices!! The office staff are rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and have zero patient care training at all. On top of that, good luck getting your medical records, took me 3 months and the threat of legal action to get mine. Then after calling twice to make sure I have no outstanding payments or owed them anything and CONFIRMED with the billing department TWICE that I owed them nothing and was no longer a patient. They waited 6 MONTHS to threaten me with collections and refused to let me speak with a supervisor. All be warned!!! DO NOT SEEK MEDICAL CARE HERE!!! They do not care about patients

I had a appointment with Dr Caitlin Williamson at 3:40pm on August 9th 2024. I went to the wrong clinic by accident due to a lot of stress I have been under and due to the fact that she refused to fill my ADD meds for 3 months, so my head was a mess. I live a hour away so she told me that I only had to do a in person visit once a year and that we could do video visits in-between. She filled my prescriptions that way for the entire time that she was my provider so that says it all. Went in for labs got a notification saying the results are ready and I test positive for a bacterial infection, called them 3 times to see about starting antibiotics right away, they said the dr hadn’t reviewed my results and they would let him
Know to call me, here I am after they are closed no calls back no antibiotic prescribed, this is very concerning. You would think they would prescribe antibiotics right away for an infection. Will be looking into a better drs clinic that actually care about their patients well being!
