Has never let me down. Surprisingly so with never knowing who is going to cut my hair. Seriously, I have for the past 8 years gotten my hair cut at this location and each time the customer service and haircut are done with care and professionalism.I have gone in twice just to have a horrible knot( turned into a matted, fist sized dreadlock at the back of my head) untangled. Each time a stylist diligently picked my hair free and another time, similar situation, a stylist gave me a great suggestion when I asked about my hair's weakened state, Collagen. It was ok They got me ln about 25 minutes after I called .Nice cut prices have raised about 5 or6 bucks since last cut.Receipt says shampoo cut.I didn't get a shampoo .My hair was clean and dry with no product on it when I came in .I do not know what the difference in price is between sh/ cut and just a cut but I did get a senior discount..The stylist was nice and professional.Her name ...
