I got in quickly & the nurses/techs were amazing. They explained everything & asked questions. Then allowed me to ask any questions. They were kind & respected my time & concerns. The whole experience was fairly quick & smooth.
Amazing experience! I was very anxious about my PET scan. Jace said and did all the right things to put me at ease. I was very comfortable. Everyone there was pleasant and helpful.
I’ve had a few MRIs (in big cities and small) for cancer aftercare and this was the best experience so far. Nice facility (a bit difficult to find despite the scheduler’s instructions, but a friendly staffer helped). The staff were so helpful and careful and they really set me at ease. I’ve never had an MRI tech so concerned with my comfort. Seems like a small thing but the foam pads under my ribcage made a big difference. Felt like a supportive environment.
