Josh Marshall came out to look at my job. He was thorough, and answered all my questions. He had ideas about how to resolve some of my challenges within budget. Talking with Josh was easy and I did not feel condescended to. I felt respected, even though I do not understand everything about construction methods, materials, codes, and the like.When the time came, the job started on schedule and the workers were careful, competent, and knowledgeable. They were mindful of their own safety, and respectful of my house rules, including watching out for my two aging dogs and keeping them safe while coming in and out of the yard.They kept their work picked up and left the place... read full review
We first contacted Marshall Construction for a fence estimate prior to moving into our new house. Josh was very prompt, professional and quick with our initial estimate. I’m pretty sure I changed my mind 10 times before his crew started building the fence. Each time Josh catered to what we really wanted and redid the estimates accordingly. The finished product was more than I could have hoped for, it turned out amazing. After the fence was built, I wasn’t in love with the stain color we chose, Josh and his crew re-stained the entire thing with a beautiful color I’m in love with. Josh and his crew did an amazing job building a fence around our new home. Fast, efficient and sturdy. Cleaned the job site after working and started/ended on time. Great prices too, with a nice top rail and metal caps. Really accommodating too, as I changed part of the fence at the last minute. Highly recommend!
