After the ice storm, my old Sanyo did not turn on.Called Kent Witham Air and within an hour James arrived. He checked out the outdoor unit and instead of saying your unit is toast, he said I think it may be the fuses. Sure enough he got it working. When the old unit finally goes,guess where I will be buying a Misubishi unit? Yup... Kent Witham Air!
Kent Witham was able to help us same day service. Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the day during a cold spell. Mike came the afternoon we called. He was friendly and knowledgable. He diagnosed the issue and got us up and running in an hour. The cost was as expected, reasonable and no hidden fees. Thanks for the great service.
I’ve used them for years and they’ve always been honest and dependable. No push to signup for a service contract like most other companies. Their technicians don’t leave unless everyone is satisfied.
