My dog was very nervous and scared but they were kind and they were quick and doing their services that he needed which was a vaccine updates and a check for heartworm which proved negative so yeah I I don't know if I could give them a five just because it was a little hectic cause he was very anxious.

My pup was injured while in the care of Echo Hollow Vet. He was sent home with no antibiotics or pain meds. Two Vets lied to me about how injury occurred, and they gave conflicting instructions regarding home care. Injury got infected. $200.+ hosp visit. See Yelp review. Took him to Cascade Animal Clinic for a follow up. Stephanie answered the phone. No recording. What a pleasant surprise and amazing customer service. She was kind and compassionate. (Yes, we can see you today at 4)!!!! When we arrived she greeted us. Our Tech, also Stephanie, was so gentle with my wounded, scared pup. She was easy to talk to and she was very thorough. my cat did very well considering he came to me as a feral kitten. they got us in right away to get him neutered. he was cared for well and gentle. I am very pleased with the services here. I plan to continue and bring my other pets here.
