I am a patient of Kris Konig at best Med on Harlow RD in Springfield. I really enjoy my Vists with Kris. She is very thorough, patient and has great advice. Her staff is also efficient, helpful, and enjoyable.
Kristen works hard to keep me healthy and it's appreciated. She listens and follows through by making a plan to figure how what's causing any issues I may have at the time of visit. The entire staff are professional but also down to earth. Sara & Kira (CureRah) at the front office always go above and beyond to assist with whatever curve ball I throw at them. The nurses, Sam, Miranda & Jasmine are all really nice and make you feel comfortable. I'm extremely pleased with the care I receive at BestMed on Harlow Road.
Always enjoy the staff. Very friendly, courteous and professional. Kristen Konig is a great PCP. She always explains everything and includes me in the decisions about my Healthcare. Look forward to my next appointment!
