Travis electric installed new outside lighting for me last year. When I had a problem with it (condensation in the unit?), they came back and replaced it under a warranty - it’s nice doing business with a company who stands behind their work!
Professional electricians that provide top notch service! They replaced the main meter box and pole on our home. It was a complicated replacement with a bend in the pipe that needed to go through two roof lines. Then they troubleshot my concerns inside, replaced receptacles and installed GFIs, cleaned our cadet hearers, installed smoke detectors. They were in and out in one day and were so kind to my animals too! Highly recommend!
Having had trouble with other contractors not getting back to us in a timely fashion, it was refreshing to talk to a "real" person on my first call to Travis Electric and to get scheduled for an estimate with that call within a very reasonable time frame. Everyone was extremely patient, helpful, professional, and timely from that first call, to the estimate appointment, quote questions, and scheduling the work. Everyone we spoke to listened to our needs and made good suggestions. We're excited for the required inspections to be completed so we can start taking advantage of all the good work they've done for us. Would definitely recommend Travis... read full review
