“The men that were working on August 1st are top notch in customer service. They were very helpful and telling us all the amenities. My oldest daughter wanted to rent a movie, she picked Star Wars when we went to go get the actual movie from the front desk all three men asked what everyone's favorite Star Wars movie was. They all responded and they were very comical in their answers. My Mom and I came down for Happy Hour later and they were helpful in letting us know the wine choices and answering questions we had. It was raining out and so they started a nice fire in the lobby. Such an amazing vibe with everyone hanging out and chatting. I love that we have a nice deck with chairs to relax at and unwind. Saturday night happy hour they offered sparkling apple cider to my 9 and 13 year old daughters. My girls thought it was so sweet.! We ordered pizza from Cidelli's and a salad. It didn't come with utensils or plates but FivePine front desk had it for us. :0) The Breakfast they served was awesome as well, my favorite was the jalapeno cheddar scones. Overall it was an amazing place to stay with amazing staff and beautiful grounds, I can't wait to come back.“

“It was a rough start to the morning trying to find the spa. The receptionist did not explain how to enter the property or exactly which pool the spa was located at. But, the gentleman at the front desk today took care of us. The massages were to die for!!!! Omg sooooo amazing. I had Kimberly and my husband had the male massage therapist. Honestly some of the best massages we have had and we have had a lot.We left super happy and will definitely be returning.“
