Extremely grateful for a positive experience at Aspire with Brittany. Thankful to have received the great support postpartum. Highly recommend to any pregnant or postpartum woman. Brittany is a warm and personable person, very happy to have found her!

Brittany at Aspire Health completely fixed my hamstring issue I was having while running. She did an in depth analysis of my body movements (strength and flexibility), postural alignments and watched my running form. I highly recommend Brittany for anyone with aches and pains, especially those with issues while running or any kind of exercise!

We are a physical therapy clinic offering one-on-one pelvic floor physical therapy to women and men as well as physical therapy for orthopedic injuries, low back pain, and fall/balance prevention. Our new Sisters, OR clinic is located inside a small fitness studio, Sweat PNW. We offer free 15-minute consults virtually or in-person to determine if PT is right for you!
