“I've been seeing Donica for several months due to chronic migraines. I had tried acupuncture previously, but the treatments did not help - however, Donica has worked her magic! During our first appointment, I was extremely impressed by the way that she took plenty of time to review my history and my ongoing ailments. She really looks at you as a whole person to figure out the best treatment approach. Donica is attentive and kind, and goes above and beyond to meet the needs of her clients. She has extensive knowledge of herbal supplements which have been a great complement to the acupuncture treatments. “I've been attending this new location for Diva Den for over a year now and am thrilled by the changes my health and fitness have made since regularly taking classes. The classes offered have a wide variety and the instructors are knowledgeable, have amazing choreography, fun energizing music are all inclusive and kind. The members are welcoming and intentional at building community. This is the place to go for any body, any skill/level and the cost for membership is so affordable for what you get. The owner, Shawn and her staff do a good job at maintaining the facility and are kind and approachable. I've made new friends that have transitioned to outside the gym for fun adventures. I never get bored of the classes as the instructors do such a great job keeping it fresh. Would give it 10 stars if I could. I encourage to you try a week for free and take as many of the classes as you can to see the wide range of styles available.“

“Yiwen is a dedicated teacher who really cares about the well being of her students. To top it off, she is also an expert Yoga practitioner who emphasizes making it a way of life, as opposed to a 2 hr practice every week. She has taught me the value of "balance between challenging but not threatening yourself", both on and off the mat. I have been practicing under her guidance for about 1.5yrs now, and it has had a positive change in my life. “I took two back to back classes yesterday. I recommend the Burn 45 followed by a Power Flow. I really really loved the sequences. The instructors warmed us to prevent injury, but then brought it into a really fun challenging practice with different levels of variation available based on your personal comfortability with it. Everyone was very nice! Studio was clean and beautiful, with showers!“
