We are trying to get the siding redone on our house. I've contacted four places to get a quote. One of the places was Performance Renovation. Ryan came out over a month ago, talk to my husband and I, did all the measurements and then never sent us a quote. I even followed up twice asking if I could get the quote, he apologized, said he'd been busy but again never sent us a quote. This is fascinating to me considering from the other 3 quotes we are looking at a job worth $40,000 that we're paying for with cash, no financing. Performance Renovations installed a shower incorrectly in our home and while it looked great, less than a year later caused thousands of dollars in water damage in our home because the shower pan was installed incorrectly. When we attempted multiple times to contact the owner, Ryan, he only responded to us when we pretended to be a prospective customer. I would strongly suggest seeking business from anywhere else.
