Pleasantly surprised at how a stretch session helps. Olivia is a talented person that listens and customizes a stretch session. Gives feedback, tweaks and assists. The Rapid Tension Relief (RTR) session uses a machine to loosen the muscles, you can tell a difference. Pair RTR with Stretch, as it has helped me immensely with my flexibility. Definitely try a session and see for yourself.

This is an excellent Massage Envy location. The people at the front desk are always friendly, helpful, and efficient. My massage therapist, Patrick, brings a sense of calm and communicates well. For example, during my last massage, the pressure and pacing were just right and he skillfully adjusted focus to the places that needed the most attention. One of the best massages I’ve ever had!

My massage was great, but short. We didn’t actually get started until 12 mins after the appointment time and then end 3 mins prior to the hour mark. That turns a 60 min massage into a 45 min massage. Not sure if this is a MassageEnvy way of doing things or if this was a one off, but it does feel like I got shorted.
