My experience with Legit Exteriors was very positive from start to finish and at a fair price. They replaced my roof on my townhome with ease despite the job being a bit more complex given the confines of sharing a wall with my neighbor. I’m writing this review on behalf of the homeowner because the hownowner had me handle overseeing the project. Let me just say I have roofing experience so I know when I’m getting dupped or extorted to add more money into the job when it’s not warranted and these guys did an incredible job. So for starters are roof hasn’t been replaced since the house was built in 1980.for some reason past owners just keep putting layer’s upon layers of new shingles instead of stripping the roof and installing a fresh wrap and roof. Which because of them just adding layers the roof failed and created leaks with lead to plywood rotting and creating holes and rafters completely...read full review
