Brad was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was patient in answering our questions and caught attic insulation issues that needed to be addressed that our home inspector had not.

We were off to a rocky start, I have to say. Initial contact proved to be daunting, it felt like messages were being lost or ignored in the beginning. I won't speculate as to the cause but I feel there must have been a good reason because once that got sorted, JBI was fantastic. I was always responded to and, having a bit of an odd situation involving a 3rd party JBI was, in my opinion, not responsible to do so, but they stayed on it and got the necessary accommodations made to move forward with my job. JBI May be the best contractors I have ever dealt with in Oregon. There are one or two others, but these people are very close to #1. Top 3 for sure!I have used them 3 or 4 times since 1988. When there is a problem, which will always happen because things happen, there is never a problem with these people. We fix it.They really are part of my family. I do not give better reviews , except for Mekong Bistro! :)
