Working out has been the missing puzzle piece for me for some time. The training here is nothing short of excellent and the classes are challenging and FUN! I look forward to class regularly. Highly recommended.

Great place. Workouts are different every day and each one will put you to the test. Only been going for month or so and already lost 10 pounds and my stamina, strength, cardiovascular capacity, and flexibility have all increased, making me move active in my everyday activities. Jordan will correct any poor techniques you may have and push you through the tough times to help you maximize your potential. Always feel like burnt toast when i'm done, but that's a good thing. Love going and will continue for sure.
