I just had a very large Silver Maple pruned by Evergreen and they did a fantastic job. First, Diane came out to look at the tree, where we discussed the ultimate goal. I shortly received a quote after her visit and could easily schedule the work, once the quote was approved. They were able to come to my house and take care of the tree in about two weeks after the initial visit. The crew showed up, we discussed again what the goal was for the pruning and the crew started their work. They were busy working, when Diane showed up to make sure all was going according to plan. We've been using these guys for all of out tree care needs since the early days of when Eddie, the owner, first started this business. We have always recommended them to friends & family. We also have several people in the neighborhood that have used them. The customer service is top notch (all the way from the people who do all the scheduling/admin work to the crew that does all the work). We will continue to recommend Eddie and crew. It has been so cool to watch their business grow from a one-man operation to a thriving business with crews all over town. I can not say enough good things about this company. We had a 100ft pine tree come down in our yard. They had it cut up and hauled away in one day. They even took the time to take the branches from the neighbors yard. Thank you so much for your hard work... read full review
