Both Parker and Todd were very helpful and efficient! Todd being the more senior tech knew the problem immediately when he heard the noise coming from my AC. Parker didn’t have the opportunity to hear that noise when he was here.

Excellent work, from the estimate to the installation, coordination with my electrician, follow through to make sure everything was just right. Right. Did I mention the communication was excellent? I am super happy with evergreen gas heating and cooling and have been within for years, with good reason. They're great!
We had Parker J out for maintenance on our AC unit and he did such an incredible job! He was kind, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he did and even found a loose wire on our unit. Thank you Parker for doing such a thorough job!
