Farzana always welcomes me into her beautiful space with friendly grace, listens carefully to me, expertly improves on my requests, leaves me looking my best and anticipating our next appointment. My time with her is a pleasant, enriching experience.
If I could rate Artisan higher than 5 stars I would. My daughter scheduled me an appointment to get my hair done at a different salon. On Saturday 7/27. Tlwe got to that salon and the stylist didn't show she said that she had the appt scheduled for the 29th. I had a confirmation text stating the appointment was in fact the 27th. Regardless I couldn't get my hair done with that salon. My husband called 5 salons asking for the impossible a last minute Saturday cut and full highlights. Farzana is professional, kind, and efficient! I've been going to her for at least a year now, and she has done a great job with my hair style. She has also made suggestions for improvement, which have improved the overall health of my hair. I highly recommend her!
