Jeane’s classes and workshops have been the addition to my workout regimen are balancing what my body needs. Her attention to each individual’s physical needs and limitations as well as our emotional needs makes her a very special instructor. The poetry readings she shares with us are another added bonus. Her studio space is welcoming and well equipped.Living Fit Yoga is a gem in our small town community!
After practicing off and on for 20 years, I finally found a studio that could take me to the next level. Jean is genuinely gifted, and in the past two years, she has never repeated a sequence. Jean guides the class by adjusting the next move based on how well we are doing. If you are used to yoga being driven through an agenda, you must experience this FLOW! It is an incredible experience. Jean also does private sessions, which ars amazing, get one. Namaste
My wife is in love with Jeane (Gina). We both have done private & public classes from her for her sound therapy & yoga sessions. It really refreshes the soul. She sells handmade soaps, sugar scrubs and sprays, a very hard working small business owner. Her husband helps with the sound therapy sessions and Mary provides personal massages.
