Had a problem with my Yukon ignition lock ! Being a mechanic myself is hard to ask for help! Alan was dispatched to my car that key would not turn. He really went all out to resolve the problem . Mike was on vacation and took our call as Alan needed a second opinion. Mike took the time to walk me through how to remove the lock by drilling it out while Alan went for parts.
