I called Western Wednesday morning. Kayla was most helpful. It’s Friday afternoon. Todd and Jake arrived just after noon today. They were knowledgeable and efficient. They got things done in a timely manner, reviewed and explained their work. Kayla, Todd and Jake are great representatives of this company. I’ll use them again this fall. Thanks Western!
Local small town provider that has really grown. Been using them for years to service our equipment. Really have taken good care of us. AC broke on Friday and that afternoon diagnosed and came to conclusion a full replacement of AC unit is needed. Sales pitch was a little much for me, we just don’t need a new furnace right now. By Tuesday morning they had a unit ready to install. Price was comparable but for us they’re local always been available to service when needed.
I had Western out to replace my 44(!) year old HVAC system that finally gave out. The initial technician that came to troubleshoot the system, the consultant, and the actual installers were incredible -- knowledgeable, polite, and very transparent about what options would work for me. They treated my home with respect and explained all of the issues they ran into and did quality work.
The only reason for the 4 stars is that the front office coordination/communication was disappointing. My original service date was cancelled one business day before work was to begin because of delayed permitting, but this was not communicated to me until I called asking for an... read full review
