The gentleman that currently works at HWY 30 barber does a great job at listening. My son had a vision for what he wanted. The barber patiently listened as my son explained what he wanted. To me the directions sounded confusing and contradicting but he kept asking questions to dial in on what my son wanted. He then executed the cut beautifully and it was exactly what my son wanted.
I took Michael to Hwy 30 Barbers since he was already in the car and it's hard for him to travel due to his disabilities. I was greeted with kindness, professionalism and was heard.
She made time for him at the end of her day. His hair turned out phenomenal. She trimmed his mustache and removed the hair from his neck. All while calmly engaging him in light conversation.
The shop was very clean and comfortable, with extra chairs for waiting.
Entertainment was provided by the most adorable and well behaved French Bulldogs. Giving cuddles and playing fetch.
I recommend Hwy 30 Barbers to any man that wants the best.
My husband and I won't go anywhere but Highway 30 Barber. My husband is growing his hair and beard out so we come in for a haircut and beard trim for him and we always leave happy.
Most recently we went for my hair... I believe the owner's name is Tracey and she's my angel . Chemo started to steal my hair chunks at a time. I felt ugly and I was super depressed that my super long, rich brown hair was falling out. She sat me down, gave me a pep talk, went slow, let me cry, and shaved my hair down to nothing (thank God I have a nicely shaped head lol!) She took what was one of the hardest days since being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and made it something beautiful....read full review
