“I highly recommend them for general maintenance repairs of your property. We initially asked them to apply moss treatment to our roof. while doing that they noticed siding problems around our chimney. This ultimately turned out to be much more serious than just repairing the siding. Much of the under the siding plywood had become rotted due to water leakage. if we hadn't caught it then it would have been a much more serious problem down the road - and much more costly as well. They didn't want me to just take their word for what they found - every step of the way they took photos and carefully explained what they (Mark) saw and their recommendations to fix it.
