Review: * WorkSource * at the employment department in Salem. I've been here several times in the past year. The staff are attentive, passionate about their mission, and I have better feedback (resume, cover letter and tactics/tools) than before talking to them. I especially enjoy Wilma, who helps with job searches. She knows about a lot of resources, is tuned in, caring, personable. I am giving a four vs five rating, because at times I've waited a while for my appointment because the persona I was waiting for did not know I was there, although I told the staff. But I will return for more coaching and resources for figuring out my next career move.
