“I'm am pretty happy with my membership but I am angry when I have questions I can't just make a phone call. I have to email or what when I am I. The store.
It's kind of ridiculous.
The ladies that work there are super nice. Always really helpful. Love my tan(including photo make up free). The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is the phone issue. You really should have a phone line for questions and concerns not just a recording repeating emails. I will change this to a 5 star once they have changed their phone line to accept calls. Besides that one little issue everybody's great. Thank you so much!!“
