Nurse Sharron & CNA Kristine were absolutely wonderful! Our loved one did not trust people very well and would usually take a long time to allow new people to care for him. That being said, they connected with him on a whole different level, and he allowed them to care for him regularly. We thanked Signature Hospice in his obituary, and I wanted to make sure that I also mentioned it on Goggle reviews as well. Sharron, Kristine, Dr. Oh and everyone else was a part of his team, were so amazing and lovely! The nurse Sharon, who was involved with my brothers care, was wonderful to him and to us. Sharon always kept us up to date and involved in his care. Erin, the social worker, was kind and informative.

No words are adequate to express my deepest thanks and sincere appreciation to every person I encountered at Signature HCH. Each Nurse and the Doctor I worked with was respectful of Dennis in his most vulnerable state. Each day the showered us with compassion, undivided attention, gave me strength and confidence in Dennis’ last days here on earth. They trusted me and guided me through some of the most difficult hours leading up to his final breath.
