I had the pleasure of working with shapes ostomy department. Michelle was assigned to help problem solve with inverted stoma site. She actively listened to the persons needs I was representing. Listening to what has not been working concerning leakage. Michelle gave choices and her ideas possibility's that may work. When she was finished going over different ideas that may work she activity listened to customers input.. Michelle represented customer value and honoring choice displaying true compassion. UPDATE:2/13/19 I was 10min late due to reasons beyond my control and instead of a kind or considerate tone I was greeted by a nurse (Trina) instead of the usual CNA with a lecture that I should not be seen today but they would make a huge exception for me and that I better be earlier from now on. I've been on time before now and to have absolutely no common courtesy or bed side manner as though I deserve a lecture was completely unprofessional. She clearly had an agenda and made up her mind before ever meeting me. I had even called to make sure I could still be seen since I was running late.
